Much to the chagrin of golf future bettors, Justin Thomas has withdrawn from this week’s PGA major citing a wrist injury. Thomas won his lone major at the 2017 PGA and injured his wrist finishing T-12 at the Masters in April, the last tournament that he has played in. Thomas started the year white hot with four Top 10 finishes in five tournament starts. Thomas had been one of the favorites at Bethpage Black and had played well on the course before. Ranked No.5 in the world, Thomas will be the only golfer in the Top 100 that will not be playing in this event.
