Michigan State’s National Championship hopes took a big hit on Wednesday when the school announced that star PG Joshua Langford would miss the rest of the season with stress fracture issues with his ankle and foot. Langford sustained the injury in December for the (18-3, 9-1) Spartans. Langford, a 6’5″ junior shooting guard, was averaging 15.0, 3.6, 3.2 for the No.6 ranked Spartans. He’s an elite defensive play and was shooting better than 40% from beyond the arc.
